What if I want to return something?
We are happy to accept any item for exchange or refund within 30 days of your date of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and has not been worn or washed. To return an item, simply follow the procedure on the dispatch note.
Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for the value of any shipping costs (in the event these were incurred).
Can I return something purchased online to a Rhodes & Beckett store?
Absolutely. Any purchase made from one Rhodes and Beckett location can be returned to another Rhodes & Beckett location, and that includes the online store.

What if I'm not sure what size to buy?
Try using our size guide. It will not only give you a good idea of our sizes but there is also a handy guide to measuring yourself so you can be sure to get the right size. If you do happen to order the wrong size don't worry - just call our customer care team - or alternatively drop into any Rhodes & Beckett store, and our staff will help you exchange it for another item.
How long does it take for my shopping to arrive?
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it. This enables us to deliver most purchases within 48 hours to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane metropolitan areas. Obviously items that are travelling further afield can take longer. Occasionally some items may not be in stock immediately and this can cause short delays - if this happens our customer service team will make contact to let you know of any problems.
How much does it cost for shipping?
We charge a standard flat shipping fee of $10 for all purchases under $200. For purchases over $200 shipping is free of charge.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Unfortunately at this point in time we do not ship internationally. We anticipate offering international shipping sometime in the near future.
How do I join the Rhodes and Beckett mailing list?
Joining our mailing list is quick and simple. Select the 'manage account' option under the 'My Account' menu and follow the prompts to join. Once you are a member you will receive our seasonal catalogues as well as member only offers.
Do the products sold online represent the entire Rhodes & Beckett range?
Unfortunately, no. Although we would love to have everything in the range available online, due to stock restrictions and the size of our product range, it is almost impossible to feature everything. If you are interested in more Rhodes & Beckett products, please feel free to drop into any one of our stores.
How often do you bring out new styles?
During a season, new product is introduced approximately once a month. Therefore you should see new items online on a fairly regular basis.
We operate on two main seasons - winter and summer. The summer range usually becomes available from August, and the winter range from February.
How Secure is my Transaction?
The Rhodes & Beckett online store supplies you with a secure session within our shopping 'checkout'. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter through to the 'checkout'. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure.
How safe are my credit card details?
When you click the 'Place Order' button, we send the credit transaction directly to the bank. We do not transfer those details to others for their commercial use. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest SSL V3 encryption standard.
What is the Rhodes & Beckett pricing policy?
We try to keep our prices consistent throughout our retail stores and online store. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or mark downs that are only available through our retail stores. Special product markdowns or promotions that appear within our online store are only available when ordering online, unless otherwise stated.
Goods & Services Tax (GST)
All prices noted in our online store include GST. GST is payable on all goods delivered after 30th June 2000.
