Before washing undo all the buttons. This lessens the strain on the stitches holding the button onto the shirt.

Remove the collar stiffeners where applicable to prevent damage to the shirt or washing machine. If you are having the shirt dry-cleaned remove the collar stays before you take it to the dry cleaners - once they see your Rhodes & Beckett metal collar stays you'll never get them back!

Wash your shirts in cold water, and wash dark colours separately.

Do not tumble dry your shirts; rather, allow them to drip dry on a coat hanger or clothesline.

That best ironing results are achieved when your shirt is either ironed slightly damp, or is ironed with the aid of a water spray.

2. Chest is measured on the body at point D

3. Waist is measured on the body at point E

4. Back Length is measured from point A to F

We use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia and for your protection all parcels are sent registered post. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your purchase departs that includes a tracking number to allow you to follow your shipment.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Rhodes & Beckett will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement. However, all "change of mind" returns must be shipped and handled at the customer's own cost (MTO shirts may not be returned due to 'change of mind').

During Sale periods and Public Holidays, some orders can take longer than the specified delivery period. If this occurs our customer service team will make contact to let you know of any delays.
