Shipping

Deliveries within Australia

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. This enables us to deliver most purchases within 7 working days to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane metropolitan areas. Obviously items that are travelling further can take longer.

Shipping is free of charge for all orders over $200.

We use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia and for your protection all parcels are sent registered post. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your purchase departs that includes a tracking number to allow you to follow your shipment.

Made To Order (MTO) Deliveries

We aim to produce all Made-To-Order garments within 14 days of the date of your order. This enables us to ensure that your MTO purchase is delivered to you with 3 weeks of your order, and in many cases earlier.

International Deliveries

We ship internationally to over 50 countries worldwide and are continuing to expand this list.

At present we are able to ship your order to Australia, Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, France, Germany, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Oman, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.

Shipping is free of charge for all orders over $200.

International orders are typically received within 7-10 workings days from the time of order (add 14 days to this for MTO orders). You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your purchase departs that includes a tracking number to allow you to follow your shipment

Please note that our postage does not include possible taxes and duties that may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

Returns

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Rhodes & Beckett will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement. However, all “change of mind” returns must be shipped and handled at the customer's own cost (and excludes MTO garments).

Sale Periods

During Sale periods and Public Holidays, some orders can take longer than the specified delivery period. If this occurs our customer service team will make contact to let you know of any delays.
